I am beyond embarrassed to be here. But I don’t know where else to go.
This is Mika. Mika has been my best friend for 8 years now. He still acts like a puppy to this day. He is the best dog in the world and is there for my 2 year old son and has been there for me as my rock throughout my whole adult life and all hardships I have come across, always there to put a smile on my face.
Mika has cancer. Specifically, Mika has cancer in his ear and in his lymph node(right side of his neck). He isn’t eating food much anymore so he’s really scaring me. I have prayed and prayed for the answers but I don’t know what else to do except to accept humility and ask for help. I can’t see any other way to save my buddy because every week I wait, they recommend $500 in steroid shots to slow the cancer from spreading/getting worse.
Before I say anything else, know that a prayer is just as powerful as a donation if done with true Faith in the Lords power. So if that is what you can offer, that is more than enough.
Mikas surgery is going to cost between $4200-5200 to remove the lymph node that has a tumor and to remove the tumor on his ear. I have spent $4000 in the past month getting him an emergency visit and an ultrasound and testing. I just don’t have what I need right now to help him the way he deserves me to be able to help him. So I come to you in humility as I can not save him on my own.
If you can’t spare a donation, please spare a prayer with true Faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. And if you have it in your heart to help me reach the $4200-5200 goal needed, I will forever be grateful, even if I all I get is another few months with my best friend before he can’t do it anymore. I am even willing to work for cash in the Columbus, OH area for anyone who needs works done and is willing to let me do that when I’m not at my job and when I am not taking care of my son. I don’t want the donations to exceed what is needed. I am just hoping to pay for his surgery and to not have to keep postponing with steroid shots. Please pray for my guy. And if you have work I can earn cash doing, or if it will not be harmful to your life and you have something extra to spare, it would mean the world to me and my son and Mika of course.
