Someone very dear to me is struggling financially on a day to day basis. My friend doesn’t know I’m organizing this fundraiser and I’m keeping their identity private…not because there’s any shame in struggling, but because it can feel very shameful when you’re in the middle of it.
My friend is working their ass off to overcome difficult circumstances and I respect my friend immensely for it! So I thought I’d see if my incredibly generous and loving community would be willing to help a “stranger”.
