🙏🏽Every donation will make a significant impact in helping us bring this project to fruition! Thank you for your consideration, kindness, and generosity in advance!! ❤️

Hi!👋🏽

We're Misha and Cat. We're starting a food truck focused on serving healthy drinks in Chattanooga, Tennessee and we need your help to open this summer!☀️

Our local family business focuses on providing healthy options to nourish people’s lives. We value quality and care, with our ingredients being organically grown and sourced locally and regionally when possible. Our goal is to serve the community with kindness. Our food truck will be serving: 🍓Smoothies, 🍋Specialty Lemon-Aide, and fresh 🍉Watermelon Slushies this summer. We have plans to add Mushroom Coffee Alternative, Cacao, and Teas as the season turns colder this fall and winter. We sweeten with only raw honey or dates (no refined sugar). 💧We filter our water with Spring Aqua which also provides minerals and structures the water. And, we plan for our cups and packaging to be compostable. 💚It's our belief that taking care of our internal and external environment is important.

(See our Summer Menu below. )

❤️ When we decided to create this project we envisioned what's something we would love to see in a food truck. We love healthy, yummy food, and keeping it simple and truly natural.

MORE ABOUT OUR STORY AND WHAT LED US TO CREATE THIS...

When we moved to Tennessee in 2023, coming back to Catherine’s home state from California; we noticed that we wished there were more organic, quality focused food places in Chattanooga. This was something that was abundant in Los Angeles and Santa Cruz where we lived before. We also had the special experience of living in Hawaii for a year that transformed us.🌈 It was incredible having so many fresh, delicious, local fruits readily available when we lived on the Big Island; living on an organic farm and in a food forest showed us what a joy that was. We wanted more local fruit around here in Tennessee! So, this is one way we can bring this passion of fresh, local fruit to more people. We look forward to serving the Chattanooga community and beyond with more healthy food options and friendly service!

OUR GROWING PLANS

🍑We are teaming up with a group of caring farmers from the area to provide our berries, peaches, watermelons, etc.. and sourcing our lemons from southern Georgia. We also plan to plant a variety of organic berry plants to ensure the future of our berry supply, teaming with a local organic small farm here. Our goal is to be part of the solution by nurturing our community with bringing more healthy, organic food to this area.🫐

OUR PROGRESS

We've been building out the food trailer and we're almost there! 🤗However, we need some support to cross the finish line. This project is bigger than what we can hold alone. We have put our time, energy and love into this project, using our savings to build out the food trailer and start this vision. And we will continue to devote ourselves to help this project thrive!

🌱Thank you for helping our sapling grow and bear fruit!🌳
