Please Help Mike raise $40k for spine/back surgery. $5k would be needed just to get him on surgery list and pre op stuff done. I can't live without him, and my (well our) daughter sees him as her dad and doesn't need to lose another person in her life. 

Almost 2 year ago he hurt his back at work and steadily is getting worse. He went on workmans comp and still kept working. He got in with 2 AMAZING doctors and jumped through every hoop, and abiding by their rules. He went through injections (sedated and non), 2 nerve ablations, physical therapy, medicine, and a discogram (showed he had holes in his disc's and was leaking out the dye). His symptoms have been bad to where sonetimes legs go numb but he keeps on going. When the 2 doctors said he needs surgery now, workmans comp said,  "we want a 2nd opinion." This dr was horrible. Didn't do anything except say it's degenerative and was just aggravated from injury. That it will go away. He NEVER had an issue before was Injured.

Since work comp dropped him, his insurance pays and he pays copay. We went to court to fight for them to cover to no avail.  That's why now we are trying to raise the funds so he can get his life back a and be out of pain he's in. To even get him scheduled and get pre op done $5,000 has to be paid upfront.Please 🙏 help us raise the money needed for Mike's back surgery and recovery. Surgery, recovery, back and forth to appointments, therapies, and living (since he will be out of work for a few months and work comp dropped him. Before we knew about workman's comp dropping him.....

We were working on getting married so He could adopt my daughter 

Supposed to teach her how to drive

They can't go do things like renn Faires and conventions. 

He cant Play with our 2yr old gsd the way he used too

He loves his job amd is worried be will lose it for fighting for surgery.  

Everything seems to be going not the way we'd hoped.
