We are so grateful for the encouragement and support we've received. We truly appreciate it. Arland has an appointment with the eye doctor in July, (we were hoping sooner), and praying that the surgery will be shortly after. Please include him in your prayers for his sight to be restored in his right eye.
It will take a while to get back on our feet and for things to fall into place. I'm still so glad to be home. I've decided to leave this fundraiser up until we're more stable. Anyone that donates, it's much appreciated. Words of encouragement are heartfelt! I didn't feel so alone when someone commented that they were once where we are now. Thank you so much and God Bless.

Arland and I made it to CT, despite the accident and loosing our car, but the struggle persists. Our place to stay fell through, and we're in a motel, without a vehicle, we have less than $100 and we're exhausted. We have been surviving on one meal a day, making sure Rapunzel has dog food and water. We've literally got no food in the room for ourselves. Applying for help takes time, we're reaching out to churches and what ever benefits we can get, including housing. We both have health conditions that limit us. I have severe arthritis in my whole body and Arland has a cataract on his right eye and needs surgery. All we are trying to do is stay afloat and get into affordable housing ( Senior Housing) ASAP, and get stable. It's a very stressful situation for us. We're reaching out hoping and praying for help in this difficult situation. All donations will be used to keep us with a roof over our heads and fed, clothes washed, and non food items like toiletries. We need a vehicle obviously, but for now the basic necessities. To those that know us from living in Colorado and became our neighbors and friends, please reach out to Arland or myself. We're really going through a very hard time, and would appreciate words of support. Thank you.
