Arash is an Iranian refugee who escaped persecution and has been living in Turkey in search of safety. After years of uncertainty, he now faces a new and life-threatening challenge — a pineal gland tumor pressing against vital areas of his brain.
The tumor has already caused constant headaches, dizziness, and weakness in his legs, and may soon lead to vision loss. Doctors in both the U.S. and Germany have been consulted and confirmed that urgent surgery is needed to prevent permanent neurological damage or loss of life.
The cost of the surgery is ₺720,000 (approximately $17,200 USD). To ensure Arash also receives proper post-surgical care, medication, and rehabilitation, we are raising $20,000 USD in total.
Because refugees in Turkey have no access to public healthcare, Arash must pay these expenses out of pocket. Your support can save his life — every contribution, no matter the size, brings him closer to recovery and hope.
All funds will be overseen by a nonprofit that supports survivors of political persecution, ensuring transparency and direct payment to his hospital and medical providers.
Please donate and share widely. Together, we can help Arash heal — and remind him that even in exile, he is not alone.
