I am a 89year old veteran and unemployable due to my age . I have tried to find employment to buy a car plus other expanses due to the loss of my car . I have gotten a car on a donation of three thousand dollars given to me by family members . I also need to pay auto insurance and a balance of 10 thousand dollars . I live on a fixed income which cover mostly my utility bills. I am also disabled due to my diabetic condition  I appreciate your help and God bless .      Thank you.
