The Doctorate program I am in thru Asbury Seminary is hosting the next in-person class in Berlin, Germany! We will be going in early October for a week, and we need to book plane tickets and reserve housing as soon as possible.
This is exciting for a variety of reasons: 1) We will get to be a part of one of the first international Exponential Conference on Church Multiplication; 2) We will get to spend time with another Doctorate cohort made up of church planters from all over Europe; and 3) We will get to do all of this in a cross-cultural setting.
Of course, it is more expensive to go to a cohort overseas. I’ve had a number of people be generous in helping with some of the costs of this doctorate program during the first 2 years, and now I’m asking my friends more broadly if you would help me with some of the costs for this trip in my 3rd year (and final) of classes. Every amount helps!
The $2,500 would cover the plane tickets and hotel room. I’ll still be covering the rest of the expenses of the trip. But help with covering travel and a place to stay would be a huge! Thank you for considering giving toward my doctorate cohort trip to Germany.
