As many of you know, my dad, Jim bonine has been battling some serious health issues. On 8/19/23 I found him at home in bed unable to walk or hardly do anything, he was septic. We got him to the hospital where we have found a handful of other health problems including diabetes and cirrhosis. He has severe liver damage and low functioning kidneys. They found an abscess around his prostate that he now needs surgery to drain. He is currently in ICU on a ventilator, and he will have a picc line. He is receiving critical care and he is fighting for his life. 
Jim was forced to retired in 2020 but he has been a full time grandpa and has helped my brother and I by watching our kids while we support our families. Unfortunately my dad doesn’t have health insurance. We have faith my dad can pull threw this, so we are thinking about his future and how we can help him. We think the best way to help him is by taking some financial stress off of him so he can focus on recovery. So any amount you can give to my dad would help.
