Owen St. Clair, Jr. is an enrolled member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe of Wyoming. Owen is affectionately called OE by friends, relatives, and the community of the Wind River Reservation.
OE is an important part of not only his family but of our community, giving hugs and love to everyone he meets, willing to sing for anyone who asks.
OE's family recieved confirmation that his picture would be featured in a video which will be shown in Time's Square in New York City for this year's Buddy Walk!
The Buddy Walk was established by the National Down Syndrome Society to celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness.
Can you help OE and his mom Shelly Trosper make it to Times Square on September 9th?
Funds raised will be used for plane tickets, transportation, hotels, meals, and events celebrating the Buddy Walk.
It is very important that we reach our goal as flights and rooms are quickly getting sold out for this very large event.
Thank you, HoHou, Pilamaya for anything you can donate!
