My name is Carlos E. Santos a husband of the most loving wife and father of seven kids. and five grandkids. I come from a family of two brothers and one sister where today we all one way or another serve the community, its what our parents executed very well.
In my teen days, I started skip school, smoke and drink where it took me to a drug abusive addiction of marijuana, alchohol, heroin , cocaine, and much more that lasted somewhat 23 years . It all came to an end on the morning of March 23rd, 2000 at 3:00am. I will maintain the faith that through a book I may write about these horrible years, I can get through the FAMILIES ( not the weak in addiction) TO UNDERSTAND THE INVISIBLE TORTURE THAT THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS FACE WHILE IN THIS TERRIBLE & DARK WALK of ADDICTION. Most families contact me when an addict suffered an overdose and will need me to do a funeral service. I will help the families to the best that i can but i never recieve a call to be thanked for saving a family member and thats where you come in.
Today i am a chaplain through the Embassy Of United Chaplains in which through my credentials i am allowed to do personal and group visitations in prison and jails. I am also the President of Christian Church Of Restoration @ 177 St. Bridgets Dr Rochester NY 14605, a building we (ICR) bought wth help of our members and ofcourse my family. We did what we had to.. This building will provide the best spiritual guidance to those who believe and through love work with those who dont. We have the ability>>> We also would love to dedicate our second floor for face to face sessions with families with drug addiction. Lots of program to help our purpose but WE NEED FINANCIAL HELP FOR BUILDING REPAIRS... We are in need of a estimated $150,000.00 but can partialy open the building with $75,000... WE LOOK FOR YOU TO BE A GREAT HELP TO THIS MINISTRIES.
If i dont ask , i wont know so you can be of great blessing tous (ICR) and i know i can be a great blessing to your freinds and family who finds themselves in this dark pathway... Thank You Carlos E. Santos
