A message from Sherry:
My name is Sherry Baldwin. I have lived a life in the Judicial system. I was raised with alcoholic violent parents.
In December 2024 I lost my son to a fentanyl overdose. His death sparked my life. I turned my life around at that point and enrolled in college. I got myself into sober living in Vacaville and after that I got myself into River Trail Village in Napa where I pay rent.
I am a full-time college student, and I am in my fourth semester. I had a job with my college that was paying my rent and bills, but funding got cut.
I am struggling this month, I have put in 47 applications on indeed, and went into a dozen local businesses, but I keep running into the same problem. I need weekend work and that is hard to find. My weekdays are taken up with classes.
Right now, I’m facing an urgent situation. I have a partial rent payment, along with my car payment and insurance due today (4/18), and I don’t have any money.
I am working hard to stay in school and build a better future, but I need some help getting through this moment.
If you’re able to give, any amount would truly help me stay on track. If not, sharing this would mean so much.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for any support you can offer.

As her new sister in Christ, I’ve seen God working in her life and the steps she’s taking to walk in this new direction with a Jesus.
We believe God is her provider, and we’re trusting Him even now. If you feel led to give, thank you. If not, we humbly ask for your prayers.
God bless you.
