My amazing mother has been down and out since right before Christmas. She had 2 feet of her colon removed because it was twisted and diseased. She has a colostomy bag at the moment. Once she heals from this, the Dr feels confident he can reverse it so she can be normal again.
She has been to the ER a few times...admitted once for over a week.
She is currently in a physical rehab facility. She has extended her rehab benefits and it will cost $203/day.
We need your help! We do not like having to ask for help but we know we cannot do this alone. Mom is on a fixed income. Dianna is the only one working a job that brings in a set amount. My pet sitting takes care of my car payment and car insurance. My disability $ takes care of the house and other expenses.
Mom feels bad about needing help. She is independent but she also knows we need it.
Mom is very precious to us. She has always been there for us. Now it is our turn. If you feel led to give, please do. Mom has been actively encouraging people for years with her cards, words of encouragement and her crossstitch bookmarks. She is a Godly woman and a prayer warrior.
