The Golden Era BMW group(founded by Kyle Kostric in 2018) is more than just your average community; it's a celebration of automotive history and a passion for classic BMWs and all things that come along with restoring and keeping alive older cars. We are dedicated to preserving the legacy and beauty of these remarkable machines, connecting enthusiasts, and sharing resources. To keep this dream alive, we need your support. Your donations will make a tremendous impact, enabling me to focus on expanding and enriching the Golden Era BMW community and "brand".
Currently, we use facebook groups to manage the group and have 976 members here in Colorado(where we do most of our activities). We also have a passion for racing, drifting, autocross, etc.
We set up cruises, meets, and official car shows. We hope to do track days in the future as well. We set up meets to families out of the house in a safe, fun, and inclusive way. The joy it brings to people passing by to the parade of classic BMWs is priceless.
I(Kyle) am aiming to relaunch our website, enhance our merchandise designs, and create a new products for online sales & events, create a storefront for these products, as well as archive and organize all event related media/activies. However, without the necessary resources, progress has stalled.
With your help, I can dedicate more time to car-related projects and provide valuable content and more to BMW aficionados everywhere.

The first car show we did at Lone Tree brewing I was able to acquire 12+ sponsors in one weekend(two weeks before the event). The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th annual show we did at Winslow BMW of Colorado Springs. We will be planning a 5th Annual show this year at Winslow BMW in June 2025.
I also want to give credit and thanks to the original members and admin team of the Golden Era Crew listed at the bottom of this post, but specifically Cole Simpson. He has been the one person who ran the 4th Annual car show at Winslow while I was out of town and kept the group going while I was busy with life and grinding.

I spent more time in the garage than in my room growing up. I never went to school for mechanics or marketing or design or photography or video. I just did these things because I was passionate about them and made it into a career or a reality that family, friends, and others in the community could enjoy my work as well.
My dream build would be an E30 coupe. Most likely white with bronze/gold BBS LM / polished lip and some type of body kit. I would love to put an E39 M5 engine (S62), but would also love M50/M52/S50/S52-Turbo E30.
