What started as a simple dream and a small coffee cart has become something much bigger than I ever imagined.
Over the last few years, The Station Coffee Co. has grown because of one thing: community.
Whether you’ve stopped by a pop-up, hired us for an event, shared a post, or simply encouraged us along the way, you’ve played a part in this journey. Every cup served and every conversation shared has reminded me that coffee is about so much more than coffee. It’s about people.
As The Station has grown, so has the vision.
Phase Two is about building a coffee truck—not simply to have a bigger setup, but to create something that can serve our community in even greater ways.
The truck will allow us to continue serving private events and pop-ups throughout Central Florida, but what excites me most is the opportunity to create a training space on wheels.
My heart has always been to help others grow. I want to create a place where aspiring baristas, coffee enthusiasts, and those curious about the craft can come together to learn. A place to teach drink building, workflow, communication, and the confidence that comes from working alongside others. A place where people can discover a passion, develop skills, and build community.
Will it replace a café? No. But sometimes the best things begin in small spaces.
Our goal is to raise $30,000 to purchase and build out a truck that will serve as both a mobile coffee experience and a place for education and connection. This isn’t just about adding wheels to a business.
It’s about investing in people.
It’s about creating opportunities.
It’s about continuing to build a community centered around hospitality, learning, and great coffee.
