Major Distribution Records is launching a landmark initiative to acquire a historic royalty interest in one of the world's most iconic consumer brands: Listerine Antiseptic. This asset represents a 144-year legacy of global commerce. By backing this project, you are helping our organization secure a piece of business history !
We are offering the community a chance to participate in one of the most remarkable business transactions in U.S. history. For nearly a century and a half, this asset has generated consistent monthly income from the global sales of Listerine. Major Distribution Records is launching this campaign to bring this "Life of Rights" asset into a community-owned structure.
The Reward Points System
To reward our backers, we have developed a "Community Benefit Pool."
The Pool: 70% of all monthly income generated by the asset will be allocated to a community pool.
The Points: Backers at the "Legacy" levels will receive Reward Points.
Benefit Allocation: 1 Reward Point represents a 1% of the Community Benefit Pool. These points determine the proportion of the monthly community rewards a backer is eligible to receive for the life of the asset.

Tier 1: Community Supporter
Pledge Amount: $25
Rewards: A digital "Listerine Legacy" badge and inclusion in our monthly project update newsletter. (No Points)
Tier 2: Bronze Contributor
Pledge Amount: $50
Rewards: Digital certificate of appreciation and a rubber band appreciation bracelet. (No Points)
Tier 3: Silver Contributor
Pledge Amount: $100
Rewards: All previous rewards + a custom listerine graphic art t-shirt and hat to commemorate the 144-year history of the asset. (No Points)
Tier 4: Entry Legacy Level
Pledge Amount: $1,000
Reward Points: 0.2 Points
Limit: 25 Backers
Description: Start your legacy. Includes 0.2 Reward Points in the Community Benefit Pool and a physical commemorative plaque.
Tier 5: Bronze Legacy Level
Pledge Amount: $2,000
Reward Points: 0.5 Points
Limit: 20 Backers
Description: Includes 0.5 Reward Points and a limited edition Major Distribution Records branded "Legacy" jacket, Hoodie, & 1 Major Distribution Records custom pendant.
Tier 6: Silver Legacy Level
Pledge Amount: $5,000
Reward Points: 1.5 Points
Limit: 15 Backers
Description: Includes 1.5 Reward Points and VIP invites to the annual Major Distribution Records Community Gala events, & LVMH rewards.
Tier 7: Gold Legacy Level

Reward Points: 3.5 Points
Limit: 10 Backers
Description: Become a major backer ! Includes 3.5 Reward Points, 1 on 1 direct access to the CEO, VIP invites to all Major Distribution Records events including private events, & LVMH rewards.
Tier 8: Platinum Legacy Level
Pledge Amount: $25,000
Reward Points: 9 Points
Limit: 6 Backers
Description: Includes 9 Reward Points. Backers at this level will be listed as "Founding Community Partners" on the community wall, 1 free mystery luxury brand watch, 1 on 1 direct access to the CEO, VIP invites to all Major Distribution Records events including private events, & LVMH rewards.
Tier 9: Diamond Legacy Level
Pledge Amount: $50,000
Reward Points: 18 Points
Limit: 4 Backers
Description: The ultimate contribution. Includes 18 Reward Points and permanent "Executive Circle" status within Major Distribution Records for all future community acquisitions, 1 on 1 direct access to the CEO, VIP invites to all Major Distribution Records events including private events, LVMH rewards, & 2 free mystery luxury brand watches.
Compliance & Terms
No Equity: Reward Points are a measurement of community benefit participation and do not represent equity, stock, or ownership in Major Distribution Records.
No Financial Guarantee: Rewards are based on the actual performance of the asset's gross sales.
