This summer God has given me the amazing opportunity to go on a mission trip to Ivory Coast, Africa on a medical mission trip. I am currently studying nursing at Pensacola Christian College, and I am so excited to experience what medical missions is like. On this trip, our team will be staying in the city of Divo which is located roughly three hours northeast of Abidjan. While on the trip we will be working with two national Independent Baptist pastors who are laboring diligently to reach Divo for Christ. I am looking forward to serving alongside them during our trip to Divo. One of the primary goals for this mission trip is to reach the people of Divo through medical missions. On this trip, I will be serving with Kristine McLaughlin, MSN APRN to provide much needed medical care to the people in Divo as well as several unreached villages in the surrounding area. The trip is from July 17th-28th, and the cost for the trip is $3,450. And in order to secure flights, $2,000 is needed by January.
