Living in Gaza has become a daily struggle for my family. The high cost of living and limited access to basic necessities have made it increasingly difficult for us to survive. As the sole breadwinner, I have depleted almost all my savings trying to make ends meet over the past 9 months.
The lack of electricity has left us in dire need of solar panels and batteries for a sustainable solution. This will not only provide a way to charge batteries at home but also ensure safety by eliminating the risk of going out to recharge them amidst potential dangers.
Your support can make a significant impact for the next months on the lives of 9 family members (my parents, 2 brothers - Ibrahim and Mohammed, 4 sisters - Heba, Hadeel, Hanaa, Haya and me) plus our cat (we want to spend some money buying food for our beloved cat).
With no functioning banks in Gaza, access to funds becomes a challenge with hefty fees for withdrawals. Taking that into account, $35000 should cover our expenses for the next months.
