Have you ever had a friend who would absolutely do anything for you? Have you ever had a friend that will literally give you the shirt off their back, the last quarter in their pocket, and every single hug and positive vibe that you could ever need or want? Have you ever even known somebody who is so incredibly selfless that they suffer every day in silence just so they’re not taking up anyone’s day with their pain and suffering?
I have a friend. Her name is Kira. She has been sick for such a long time. I bet a lot of you didn’t even know. For the past years, Kira has spent every day suffering silence with a terrible intestinal issue that is literally eating her from the inside out.
She copes with it. She does her best to not let it affect her everyday life. But sometimes it does. She loses work over it. She loses experiences with her loved ones. She loses the chance everyday of a healthy life. If you’ve ever met Kira, you know that if anyone deserves help it’s absolutely her.
Being an artist, Kira finds herself in the same predicament A lot of us artists do. She makes too much money for Medicaid, but doesn’t make enough to have insurance she can pay out of pocket for something like this.
They will go into this procedure removing the intestines that are infected and hopefully leave her with enough to recover and have a wonderful and vivacious life. She deserves a life. A good life.
I thank you friends for your help and know that this took a lot of convincing on my part to put this up because the last thing Kira will ever want to do it to burden others. Anything helps. Anything❤️
