Tri-Par Estates is an 872-unit mobile home retirement community for seniors in Sarasota. Recently, Hurricane Milton and tornadoes caused significant damage, impacting 80% of the mobile homes, with 40% rendered unlivable. As a non-profit community that includes seniors with dementia, we are committed to supporting our residents during this difficult time.
