There are angels around us, they care for us and make sure that our needs are met. These angels give without being asked and help others without hesitation.
My sweet friends LUCY and LORENA are angels to many, especially their aging parents and young siblings.
These sweet twin sisters left their country while still very young and worked across the world in the Middle East, so they could send money home to support parents and siblings in the Philippines.
In December 2021 their 20 years of remittances home got washed out by the ocean waves. Over the years they had purchased simple fishing boats for their father to be able to feed their family, the morning after the storm only shreds floated to the shore.
They had also been building a small kitchen next door to their family home so they could go back and use their hard earned baking abilities and continue to help their large family by opening their dream bakery, TWINS CORNER. This little dream was also washed out by the storm, baking supplies and all!
These ladies have lost all their work of 20 years to an angry Ocean. They shed tears and their hearts broke, but because of their angel natures, they got up the next morning and worked twice as hard so they could replace the tools of their livelihood. Although they had planned to leave Jordan and once again reunite with their loving family after two decades of sacrifice, this dream will have to wait.
I would like to help accelerate the process and help them get home with enough money to buy the simple fishing boat their father needs and rebuild the humble little kitchen so they can continue to be angels to their mother and young siblings.
