This spring I will be taking a trip down to Quito, Ecuador with a group of my football teammates from Wheaton College. We will be going to serve with Doug Darr ’79 and his wife Gloria ’81 and their Ministry – Extreme Response. The focus of our trip will be to partner with their ministry, on the ground, at both a foster care home and start the footings and foundations for a new school building. Our team will do this by partnering with a church and youth groups in both cities. We will be sharing messages, and testimonies during evenings with the youth along with the projects mentioned. All these efforts will be done in the spirit of building up the Body of Christ in Cuba.
We have 4 groups totaling 73 players and leaders going to Cuba, Dominican Rep., Quito Ecuador and Canton, Miss. We are excited to be partnering alongside Football Alum, friends, and their ministries.
This mission trip will be my fourth Wheaton Football mission trip - I going with the desire to be used as the hands and feet of God in another part of the world. The completed work projects will bless the community in Quito serving as a platform for evangelism & discipleship. One of the pillars of our trips is that in whatever we do, we help bring community and the ministry closer together in our time, so that continues when we leave.

Praying for myself and for the team:
-for personal growth (spiritually & emotionally).
-for team unity, humility, and for safety.
-for the image of Christ to be seen through our lives and our words.
-for my talents to be used and sharpened.
All prayers would be greatly appreciated as we have many players heading all over the world all in the same week pushing forth the Gospel, the enemy would love to stop these trips, but with prayer and the Lord's help, we can go and be used by Christ in each of our locations to bring the joy of the Gospel and help to desperate communities.
