It is our duty to organize and empower our neighbors into being proactive and hold Judges, banks/ lending institutions/ agencies, attorneys and justice department’s related agencies accountable regarding abuse of power, oath of office violations, not only regarding Mortgage fraud but an array of devastating abuses against We the People. IMPEACHMENT AND REMOVAL FROM OFFICE
The most direct Constitutional remedy for officials, including the President, judges, and other civil officers, is impeachment. Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution outlines this process, stating that officials can be removed for “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” Impeachment begins on the federal level in the House of Representatives and, if approved, is followed by a trial in the Senate. If convicted, the official is removed from office and barred from holding future offices. Impeachment holds public servants accountable, preserving the rule of law and ensuring no one is above the law. On the state level especially in New Mexico most official have each others’ back given a long history of corruption. Much work by We the people needs to be done on local levels.
THE GRAND THEFT OF OUR HOMES
Ann Galloway is an activist against mortgage fraud. In the First Judicial Cases D-101-CV-2013-00911 and D-101-2020-CV-01274, The New Mexico Court of Appeals and New Mexico Supreme Court did not review the evidential facts and only went along with the lower courts corrupt rulings. These Cases are prime examples of collusion between Courts and Lending Institutions. The material evidence clearly reveals Criminal Misrepresentations, Deformation of Character, False Claims, Document Fraud given both the banks and court officers - Document Alterations, Forgery, and Destruction of the Court Records. Ann Galloway was falsely accused of fraud and misinformation with no material evidence only the fabricated stories of judges and attorneys absent of the facts in order to steal Ann Galloway’s home. These lies were perpetrated while court officials destroyed the court records to conceal their criminal evidence. We the People are allowing this destruction of justice which will only grow worse if we continue to allow corrupt judges be unaccountable and remain on the bench.
