My name is Jasmine Clemons and I am a proud mother of 3 beautiful children, pastry baker and owner of Fayz Pastryz, LLC. For as long as I could remember I have always loved to bake and become really creative in doing so. As a child I would watch my grandmother every Sunday morning bake and make delicious homemade treats from cakes to baked bread. My grandmother would feed whoever was hungry and wanted a meal. Soon my grandmother passed and my world crashed, but her legacy within me wanted to carry on baking and everything she taught me. I became passionate in carrying on that same skill and mastering my craft, which is how Fayz Pastryz, named after my grandmother, was born. I’m dedicated to my craft and one day will become a pastry chef. My dream is to have my own mobile pastry truck and delivering fresh pastry products through out my community and with affordable price. I want to share my gift with those who may find getting to a pastry location difficult or the prices at the average bakery too expensive for their budgeting needs. My cupcakes and classic cake will be made fresh, ready to serve and custom orders will be an option. Just imagine you being in a bind or a last minute situation has occurred. Fayz Pastryz can be the answer one cupcake at a time. Also every month I will donate a cake or cupcakes to a family in need bringing a smile to a child’s face. This is my dream, but in order to make it a reality I need YOU. The cost to secure a truck and solidify all the legal requirements is a heavy burden.
