Meet Mad-Eye Moody!
On August 2, 2026, I found this sweet little boy in the middle of the road in the heart of Apple country. He seriously needed help. Though he showed no signs of being immobilized, the trauma to his eyes is an extreme case.
Yesterday, I took him to my veterinarian for their opinion on his conditions and to formulate a strategic plan of action as his malnourishment was also a concern. Once he is up to a healthy weight, he will need to undergo an enucleation surgery, where they will surgically remove infections, and close his little eye sockets permanently.
He is such a sweet kitten and will never know how much pain he is actually in because he is such a zest for life. Any financial contributions toward Mad-Eye’s surgery will be greatly appreciated, but I realize that is not feasible for everyone. Simply sharing this page to broaden the audience will be a tremendous help.
