A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 102 N. Bismark St., Concordia, Missouri.
Floyd Ray Bolyard was born on September 19, 1975, in Effingham, Illinois as the only son of his mother Juanita Jane Rhodes. His father, who later remarried, was Floyd Eugene Bolyard.

Floyd liked talking about cars, collecting knives, and dreamed of starting a sand blasting business. Through all his moves, he managed to keep a table that he made in his high school woodshop class. He found support the last few years of his life in his dog, Fluffy, who he affectionately called “The Fluff”. He was always very devoted to his mother until her death.
