Hey everyone my name is Abigail. Single mother of 3 wonderful children. This is my last resort for hope. I am seeking for any donations to which I would use the money to retain a Lawyer. I am being charged with party to a crime, that my ex partner commited. And some how got dragged into this by the DA. I am innocent they have no evidence or proof against me. But unfortunately I just don't have that type of money. If I can't hire a Lawyer by my next court in November 3 2025 I am going to jail for 5-6 years. My kids need me im their only provider. With one of my little one being severe Autistic. My youngest is 2 followed by his 3 year old sister and 12 year old sister. I can't imagine going away for years on something that is just not fair only because the lack of money. I have called so many places and they quote me anywhere from 15-45 thousand. The court system is so corrupt and unfair. With me getting a Lawyer my case can get dismissed and continue to stay by mu kids sides and provide. Anything helps please. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I just pray and hope everything turns out good for me and my family. This is something I would not wish to anyone to go through.
