Support Her Battle Against Pancreatic Cancer

My wife was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in feb . She has been doing chemo and we are close to surgery . I am an owner operator and with trying to be with her thru all the drs appts and she's had 4 stent placements it's been financially tough . We understand everyone is in a tight state right now but if help can be given we would appreciate any we can receive at this point to get us thru this surgery and to the next step . Thank you
