In an effort to continue the amplification of our voices with regard to growing fascism in our country, creativity and consistency is an elegant way to "share our concerns" and encourage education in our community. This campaign seeks to raise funds to purchase digital billboard space to broadcast our dissent; the medium allows for us to adjust messaging as needed. Anyone who donates to this campaign is welcome to provide suggestions for messaging. Depending on the success of funding (and the ultimate hope), this will be more than a one off and there will be opportunities to update the messaging as we go.
There are a few rules (these will be updated as we learn on the go):
No profanity
No inciting of violence
No branding
No images
Just statements; try to keep it to 15 words or less.
I would encourage anonymous donation (if possible) and encourage you to share your message suggestions when you donate.
Full transparency: I'm just one person with a wild idea and a passion for disruption; none of these funds will be kept. All of these funds will be used to further our messages; if for any reason this becomes untenable, all funds will be returned. This is my first time using crowdfunding for anything, so be patient with me.
