I am a single mom of five beautiful children, all of whom are my world. I am also living with a disability, which has made our journey even more challenging. Despite these challenges, my primary goal has always been to provide a safe, loving home for my children.
Unfortunately, we are currently living in an unsafe situation due to ongoing domestic abuse. I have taken the step of obtaining a restraining order, but it hasn't provided the protection we desperately need. I have reached out to various organizations for help, but all I’ve been offered is counseling. While emotional support is essential, what we urgently need is tangible assistance to move to a new, safe location where my abuser cannot find us.
I am reaching out to you, compassionate strangers, friends, and community members, for help. We need to move quietly and quickly to ensure our safety, and this requires funds that I simply do not have. Moving with five children is a significant financial burden, and my disability further complicates the situation.
I am humbly asking for your help to cover the moving costs so we can start fresh in a new, secure home. Your donations will go directly towards:
