PLEASE BE ADVISED THE IMAGE COULD BE UPSETTING!!! My 11-month-old American Bully has a significant urethral prolapse which is bleeding. Because the tissue is dark and color he only has a few days before it falls off. The only place I can take him to have the surgery completed is Cornell. If that happens I won't be able to save him.
