On Tuesday, March 1, our neighbor Pete Smith's house burned to the ground. Thankfully, he and his dog weren't injured; however, he lost EVERYTHING he owns in the fire. There's nothing left of his home.
Pete's parents passed away several years ago, so his support system is minimal. The Red Cross has put him up at a hotel, but only for two days.
