Our Story
For over five years, I had the privilege of owning and operating an Italian quick-service restaurant in Grandville, Michigan, serving scratch-made pizza, pasta, and Italian classics to walk-in guests and corporate catering clients across West Michigan. That chapter has come to a close — the franchise relationship has ended — but the passion, the recipes I've perfected, and the relationships I've built with this community have not.
I'm ready to open a new, independent restaurant: same dedication to fresh, made-to-order food, same commitment to service, under a new name and a concept that's entirely my own.
