Hello my name is Shane Rodriguez and im 34 years old. About a year sgo i was diagnosed with stage 4  terminal sarcoma cancer! I was give around 6 months to live. Well its been almost a year and I'm still kicking however, some bills have been adding up getting out of my control eland my insurance wouldn't cover it so i had to figure out hownto get immideiate financing and unfortunately now i can't afford this whith everything (othe bills) I already have! So short simple and sweet im asking for help with this surgery copay and will be forever grateful for any help towards my goal  thank u in advance and god bless you all wether you are able to help or not.
