Help With Lights

I’ve had the craziest week. I’m a single mother of 3 children and I was on HEAP. I didn’t know I had to recertify and I didn’t know until the light company came out to shut my lights off. We have no power and I’m on section 8. If they find out my lights are off they will take me off. My balance is $3,000 and I’m trying to come up with the money to pay it off. If somebody, anybody could help that would be such a blessing. Anything counts, even $1. I have no help or family to help.
