Did you know that over 2 billion people worldwide do no have access to clean drinking water? At Project Clean Water, we have chosen to do our small part in tackling what is arguably the biggest global health concern today! Focusing in the region of Amazon Rain Forest of Ecuador, specifically with the Shuar people, we are utilizing the natural resources of the rain forest (key word being "rain!") to give the indigenous people on-demand access safe, clean water. To date, we have provided and installed 183 rain water collection systems.
Project Clean Water is going back to the Amazon Jungle this August with the goal of installing another 60 rain water collections. Each system costs about $1,000, by the time we get materials transported out to the jungle. A donation of any amount gets you the new 2026 version of the Project Clean Water shirt! Just drop your name and email in a comment after you donate and we'll be in contact to get you a PCW shirt!
