SL24: Unlocke the Light Foundation is dedicated to unlocking the light in all of us by raising awareness for mental health, providing resources for those struggling, and ending the stigma surrounding depression and suicide. Founded in memory of Sean Locke, SL24 empowers young adults to speak openly about mental health and seek help without shame. Through community outreach, educational programs, and Sean’s House a free, safe haven for young adults in Newark, Delaware the foundation offers hope, connection, and support 24/7.
In November 2026, Michelle Ray, CEO of Blackwell HR, will be running the Great World Race to raise awareness and funds for SL24’s mission of shining a light on mental health and saving lives through compassion and community.
