Hey everyone, as most of you know Brinks, our red Doberman was struck by a car. Unfortunately 2020 hit our household hard financially and we have still been recovering from this just to make ends meet. We are asking for any help possible towards getting Brinks to the vet and getting a proper diagnosis on what appears to be a possible dislocated hip or a break somewhere in that area. If you know me, you know I take care of my animals and doctor them the best I can but this is completely out of my hands. I am visiting home at this time and am not able to tell what exactly is wrong with poor Brinks. I am just asking for any help we can get to see this dog gets to a vet as soon as humanly possible. In return I am always here to answer your dog questions and have been a dog groomer in the Calhoun County community for almost 10 years now. I just ask if you can not donate, share away. I'm not even sure if this goal is where we will be able to fully get his care, but I know it will get the ball rolling and get the answers we desperately need to keep this dog alive. Thank you all so much and god bless.
A little about Brinks: Brinks was a clearance puppy, we ended up being the people to take the pup because we felt sorry for him. He has always been a quirky little guy, never topping out in size like his brother Dexter. But he has the most loving heart out of all of our dogs. We joke and say he is part husky because he talks.. ALOT. His best friend is his "dad" Charlie who affectionately calls Brinks "Pooh". Coming in a close second is Jaymie, Charlie's 9 year old daughter who Brinks thinks is the best kid to ever walk down the pike. Brinks is a part of a pack of four bonded dogs and without him nothing would be the same of course. He has brought nothing but laughs and joy to our home and seeing him in pain is the worst feeling a pet owner can go through. As dog lovers we all know that each dog has it's own irreplaceable personality, that is what makes every dog the best dog ever. They become a part of our heart and our lives that we never forget. I have never made a go-fund me, I'm not sure how this works, but I know we need help. I don't like asking for it, I don't know when I can pay it back. But I just ask please if there is anyway to get this dog the help he needs I will do whatever I can from a thousand miles away. Thank you again, and thank you if you have read this far, I have a way of rambling with my words.
