Hello everyone, I have a 4 year old Shorky name Chewie who is very smart, caring, gets along with everyone and we'll known through out my neighborhood. He enjoys walks through the neighborhood and he spends his free time laying out in the back yard to bathe in the sun.
Unfortunately yesterday I got terrible news from my local vet that he escaped from my back yard and was viciously attacked by 2 unknown dogs but the owner who didn't disclose her identity was caring enough to immediately drop him off to the closest vet for care. He has suffered multiple fractures to his rib cage, his spinal cord and multiple deep laceration all over his body. I took him to the emergency room where he has received proper treatment and is now in stable condition, but he now has to under go surgery in order for a full speedy recovery.
I love my dog very much and can't imagine his life being taken away before he can live out his full lifespan so I did what needed to be done and maxed out every credit source I can to make sure he is able to live. It cost me $12,000 and has sunk me in unbelievable debt and I am pleading for some help so I will be able to continue supporting my little Chewie, so if anyone is willing to donate anything they can spare i would greatly appreciate it and so would Chewie.
