Hello, I'm Renee, and I'm here to rally support for Midnight's journey to secure a life-changing kidney transplant. Over the past three years, Midnight has faced a series of health challenges that have taken a tremendous toll on his well-being. It all began with a broken foot, which led to the discovery of diabetes. Despite his resilience, his foot wouldn't heal, and he endured numerous treatments, from drainage to ulcers, and ultimately, amputation.
The ordeal didn't stop there; neurological issues surfaced, accompanied by headaches, concentration problems, energy loss, and sleep disturbances. Sensations in his limbs started to fade, impacting his ability to function. Surgeries on his palms and wrists were necessary to regain some feeling. Amidst this, he faced a labyrinth of diagnoses, with some doctors suspecting Multiple Sclerosis and others Parkinson's.
A barrage of tests ensued, yielding limited answers. His health continued to deteriorate, even as his pancreas exhibited erratic behavior, necessitating insulin pumps and harrowing ER visits. His elevated creatinine and BUN levels went unnoticed by medical professionals. Finally, brain scans revealed Degenerative Autonomic Neuropathy, a condition affecting crucial automatic bodily functions like digestion and kidney and pancreas performance.
The relentless cycle of vomiting began, accompanied by pervasive nausea. Midnight's weight dwindled, and he struggled to eat, sleep, or move. Communication became challenging, and frequent ER visits became a grim routine. A severe blood infection further complicated matters, leaving him weak and reliant on a PICC line for six weeks. Recovery remained elusive as he battled energy loss, deteriorating vision, and the loss of sensation in his legs.
Midnight's journey took an unexpected turn when he was hospitalized while visiting friends, only to discover the long-hidden severity of his kidney disease. This silent struggle has persisted for far too long. Your support can be the lifeline he desperately needs to overcome these challenges and regain his health.

he s doing the best he can. If you can support and help him more that would be awesome.
