Please help me get the last surgery I need for my foot so I can get back to work. The rod from my first surgery broke and now I need a plate put in. Without the surgery I will eventually be unable to walk on it. I was denied Long term disability so right now we only have my wife's income, which is only from her part time job. Any help is appreciated so that we can pay the amount due to be able to have the scheduled surgery on the 17th of Februaury. Thank you and God bless.
