Hi my name is Breeana, my good friend Ray has this AMAZING son (his dog) named Bodie. He is one of the most amazing dogs that I have ever known. Ray has had him since he was born and they have been inseparable ever since. Ray just posted this on his Facebook timeline tonight and it broke my heart,
"Bodie is at CVA California Veterinary Specialist in Ontario, Ca.
Bodie is going to have the fluid drained from his heart tonight.
I’m going to bring him home to sleep with me again tonight.
Bodie needs a cardiac cat scan and surgery that is being estimated at over $5k.
I am sorry to say I will not be able to save Bodie.
I have to struggle with Bodie dying at home in my arms in a day or two, or to bring him back to be euthanized dying in my arms at the vet.
Either way, I feel like I’m a horrible person who didn’t have enough money to pay for my dog to live longer."
