Help Raesa and Her Six Children Survive the Holocaust

Hi, compassionate soul. I’m Melissa, based in the U.S., raising funds for my friend Raesa, her husband, and their six children, who range in age from 18 months to 17. All funds will be sent via secure methods and receipts are always available.Ā

This campaign continues the one we ran from August 2025 through January 2026, where we raised close to $2,000 before it was abruptly shut down when GoFundMe closed my account.Ā

From Raesa:

I am a mother from Gaza, living with my family of eight in a torn tent that cannot protect us from the heat or the cold. Before the war, our life was simple but beautiful…I worked as a hairdresser, and my children went to school, laughing and playing every day.

Today, everything has changed.

My husband is injured and urgently needs medical treatment that I cannot afford. I have an infant who cries from hunger, needing milk and diapers, while my other children sometimes go to sleep without food. We spend our days trying to find even the simplest meal and clean water.

I no longer have any source of income, and I cannot provide the most basic needs. The hardest moment for me is when my children ask for food, and I have no answer.

We need your support to provide:
• Daily food
• Milk and diapers for my baby
• Medical treatment for my husband
• Clothes and safe shelter for my children

Any help, even small, can make a real difference in my children’s lives.

There is no real ceasefire, only a slower genocide. Bombing has intensified again. Food is still being blocked, and families are being pushed back into severe hunger. Our solidarity is what keeps them alive.

If you’re able to give, you’re helping Raesa’s family get through the immediate reality in front of them—food, better shelter, and a measure of safety for her children. If you can’t, sharing this still matters and helps it reach someone who can.
