Lindsey and Tim are our dear friends. I met Lindsey through teaching where she was an aid in my classroom before being hired on to teach on our 2nd grade team when we lived in Bedford. Lindsey became one of my best friends very quickly. Her selfless heart, infectious personality and strong faith in Jesus are just a few of her amazing qualities. Lindsey and Tim strive to support, help, love and serve friends and family. At the beginning of their marriage they lived in Africa serving in the Peace Corp. They now have 3 precious babies: Joy (4), Bryce (2), and sweet Reagan (1 month old).
Late in Lindsey's pregnancy with Reagan, she was diagnosed with a breast cancer called Invasive Ductal Carcinoma-Stage 2. This resulted in an induction for baby to be born the same day and she is now undergo chemo treatments and natural therapies to help stop the cancer that is growing quickly. This has been hard news for them for many reasons. Not only is she dealing with treatments and decisions but also taking care of 2 toddlers, bonding with her newborn baby and balancing all of the hormones that come with it.
Lindsey is one of the strongest people I have ever met physically, emotionally and spiritually. We would love to be able to help them financially to take some of the burden off of them.
