✨ Our impact so far:
Since our first year, we’ve raised over $15,000 for local organizations providing resources and support. Most recently, we raised $7,300+, created and distributed 50 care kits for survivors, and donated to:
• The Anti-Violence Project (AVP)
• North Brooklyn Coalition Against Family Violence
• Woman Inc. Jamaica
Together, we’ve built a space for remembrance, advocacy, and joy on wheels — and in 2026, we’re expanding our impact even more with bigger outreach, more resources for survivors, and new community partnerships.

About Our Self-Defense Partner: MALIKAH
MALIKAH is an anti-violence and mutual aid non-profit building power and safety for our community through self-defense, financial literacy, organizing, and healing programs. Founded in 2010 by Rana Abdelhamid after she experienced a hate-based attack in Queens, NY, MALIKAH now trains and organizes across all five NYC boroughs, working with 60+ community partners each year.
We're honored to have them leading our self-defense workshop this year. 💜
