On September 25th our ceiling collapsed in our kitchen causing damage into our dining room, kitchen wall, bathroom, downstairs in our daughter's room. We have been dealing with our insurance since August 17th when the first claim went in. We have been displaced from our home since 9/25/26 & are unsure when we will be back in our home as we are waiting on the structural engineer report & the adjuster.
