After multiple frustrating systematic letdowns and outright failures my grandson is left in danger and continuing to be used as a pawn. I have made the decision to seek custody to protect him (and therefor my daughter as well) from this ongoing nightmare.
The initial cost that will give my grandsons best interest to be heard in court is $4000. That cost can increase especially if emergency hearing is not granted. We are hopeful with legal professionals involved there is a good chance this time emergency hearing will be granted.

Update after the "actual" hearing... after nearly 3 hours the judge stated he does not find anything about my daughter "unfit parent", and yet he still allowed the third party to continue with custody. The case is continued until June 30th. I didn't even get a change to testify. Costs continue to rise, and I will continue to do anything I can to help my daughter and grandson know they are loved and to be safe ALWAYS.
