For lent this year I wanted to give back to those in need. Living in New York City, I pass countless homeless people everyday. I no longer want to be the person who avoids eye contact or just gives a few dollars. I decided I want to spend the next 40 days putting together care bags to pass out every week. Things such as toothbrushes, hygiene products, protein bars, water, etc. Providing products that we take for granted everyday. For now I am looking for cash donations to help purchase these products. The goal is to keep this going even once lent is over. Every bit helps! Let’s make someone’s day a little brighter!
