13 year old boy was hit by a car in school zone, 20mph!! Driver was not going that speed and ran over Jorge and took off. Jorge has skull fractures, face fracture, eye dislocated, vision problems, and traumatic brain injury. He will need future surgery, and a lot of therapy. It's a long recovery for him but with god everything is possible.
