Our Father, Leon Waldbauer (the one in the cowboy hat circa late 1970’s) is in some need of help. He has to move from his home by the end of the month and lacks the resources to do so. He is nearing 80, his physical capacities are limited and his modest pension doesn’t begin to cover what is ahead. We’re not asking for much, but if you got a couple of extra dollars for a nice elderly man who means the world to we’d be grateful.

Due to sudden eviction, poor health and his tangled finances, we’ve had to raise the donation goal (that was an arbitrary number when I didn’t think it was as bad as it was). He’s living week to week at a motel while we scurry to set up social services, find housing, deal with his declining health and pay off his debts. He still needs lots of help for those who can.
